Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email with clear details of the product and the defect at oncall@wearesilient.com.
Upon receiving your email, we will review the issue and may request the item to be returned for inspection. Once the product is received, we will examine it and notify you within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.
If approved, the replacement will be sent or the refund will be issued using the original method of payment.
Important: Any defective or damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return due to defect, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
